A 13-YEAR-old cyclist was the victim of a hit and run in Bidford on Thursday.
Police believe the boy was stationary on his silver BMX on the B439 at the junction of The Pleck at about 9pm when a black car, possibly a VW Golf, went into the back of him and drove off.
The boy was lucky to escape without serious injury but suffered cuts and bruises.
Anyone who witnessed the incident should call Alcester police on 762207.
