BROADWAY flower show was declared a blooming success last Saturday.
Sunny weather and music from the Winchcombe Brass Band enhanced the enjoyment of visitors and participants.
Those who were tired of walking were invited to ride in Tim Crump's pony and trap, which raised money for the fire brigade's benev-olent fund.
Organiser David Rob-erts said: "The show has gone from strength to strength.
"This year there were over 400 entries in the competition classes and over 500 paying public."
