THIS Government's proposed Regional Assemblies for England, encompassing densely populated urban with sparsely populated rural areas will oust forever our democratic parish and county councils in the same way as "cabinets" have taken control of county councils and squeezed democracy into the dust pan.
Our laws and traditions, emulated by many nations worldwide, have been changed beyond recognition by the Governments' spin doctors and members of the fraudulent European Union in order to, yet again, humiliate our nation and provide another stepping stone for Tony Blair's aspirations of becoming President of the European Union.
The West Midlands Regional Assembly (Region No7 for easy identification by our unaccountable lords and masters in Brussels) incorporates Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
It has been outlined for some time and also includes parts of France, Spain, Germany and Ireland, as have the other 11 regional assemblies from John o' Groats to Land's End, including the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland assemblies already established.
Our economy and available accommodation are taking a hammering as millions of pounds, spent on the heavy influx of immigrants, are beginning to exact a toll.
Is this really what Britain wants? No. We must speak up, speak out and speak loud for our hard-won democratic rights.
