WINYATES Green biker Andy Burbidge has a dilemma ahead of the final round of the EMRA Series at Mallory Park at the weekend.

Burbidge has targeted winning the club series as his main aim this year and wants to use the title as a stepping stone into the higher-profile MRO competition next season.

Burbidge sits 29 points clear at the top of the championship leaderboard with two double points scoring races to go.

He knows he has only to finish fifth in each race to seal the title ahead of his main rival but, with some of his mates in the crowd, he does not want to finish on a low note.

The young rider has cancelled three planned racing dates after Mallory because he needs to sell his RVF 400 after Sunday to help fund the hoped-for purchase of a Honda Fireblade for the MRO series next year.
