Anyone wondering how vegans manage without eggs and cow extracts, can satisfy their curiosity at a vegan "taste-in" at St George's Church annexe, Radford Avenue, Kidderminster, at 7.30pm on Monday.
Guest speaker Diana Edmondson will give a talk on "veganism", to be followed by the chance to sample some cheap and easy vegan recipes, and recipe books will be available.
Among the vegan recipes are: chocolate banana cake, trifle, white chocolate bars, cherry fruitcake, cheesecake, pear-top crumble cake, chocolate cake, maple syrup and coffee cake, cherry cake, lemon cake, apple and cinnamon scones.
