SWING and ragtime jazz comes to Broadway next month for one night only in a special charity concert. Swing music comes from Duke's Jazz Group, while Nick Gill and Debbie Arthurs, will be providing the ragtime, stride and boogie at the Lifford Hall on Thursday, October 3, to raise money for the Jarumeh Koto School in the Gambia. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets cost £8.50 and are available from Broadway Post Office on 01386 853377 or Derek Ball on 01386 870922.
