THERE must be two different Kidderminsters - the one I shop in, where I never have problems parking, and the one I read about where people cannot find a parking space.
Personally I think parking in Kidderminster is better than ever, because there are so many free places.
If you want to be in town for more than two hours, there is the "park and ride", where you can park all day for £1, and there are plenty of spaces.
You are dropped off and picked up outside the town hall, and it is a regular service.
