RESIDENTS are being reminded to keep a lookout for the lilac electoral registration forms which should have come through their doors.
In future, there will be two forms of the register - the full version and the edited version.
When people fill in the registration form they should indicate whether they want their details in the edited register so they have a choice about who can have their names and addresses.
People will only be able to vote in the elections, on Thursday, May 1, 2003, if their name is on the Register of Electors.
People may be denied credit, bank accounts or mortgages if their name is not on the register.
If you have not received a form, call the town hall on 534009.
