TRAMPOLINING, henna tattooing, live bands and a graffiti wall were among the weekend attractions at a revamped venue for town teenagers.
An open day at the Ryland Centre, in New Road, attracted more than 150 young people who were keen to see the new-look youth hangout.
At Saturday's open day, youngsters aged 11 to 19 were invited to see the trendy coffee bar, modern social area and participate in a range of free activities.
Youth worker Anne Heath said: "Work on the centre has just finished and we wanted to mark the opening in a big way.
"Staff managed to keep most activities running even when dust was flying and I think our visitors were very impressed with our fresh and funky new image."
Youngsters could put their soccer skills to the test with Kidderminster Harriers Football Club players, have hair and nail makeovers and try massage, drumming, self-defence and a variety of sports.
Local bands showcased their talent at the venue on Saturday night.
Anne said the Ryland Centre could soon be changing its name in favour of a more youth orientated title.
