DEAR EDITOR - Has Bromsgrove Rovers at last closed the page on yet another sad upheaval?
From near extinction the new regime, admirably led by Tom Herbert, appears to be getting the club back on track -- almost.
We now have an excellent Rovers Supporters Society and on the field, our team is performing well.
Why then, do we need another Rovers Supporters Association? Who now wants to press the self-destruct button?
Gentlemen - if it ain't broke - don't fix it!
Special congratulations and thanks to Dave Stephens and the Supporters Society for arranging a simply superb evening last Saturday when we had a 'Barnsley Reunion' in the Victoria Club.
What a delight to see ex-players from possibly the greatest era in the Rovers' history.
With good guidance from Gary Hackett and Jon Ford, perhaps we can recapture some more great achievements on the field.
