DEAR EDITOR - I was disgusted to read Councillor Frank Payne's unjustified comments regarding the marvellous flower displays in Droitwich this year. Surely he could, for once, gracefully admit that John Quinn has, yet again, done a superb job - resulting in a Britain in Bloom Silver Gilt award for our town.
Well done the 'Mighty Quinn.'
