DROITWICH Spa Hockey Club Ladies Second XI won their latest warm-up match 2-1 at Atherstone.
Spa went ahead from a free hit won by Julie Haller and Amy Corbett delivered a crisp ball into the D, which was deflected neatly into the goal by debutante Lorna Davidson.
Droitwich started the second half slowly, allowing the hosts to draw level but Spa won it with a penalty corner that deftly converted through Jackie Woodward.
