A WORCESTER man has appeared before city magistrates on three charges of gross indecency against a boy under the age of 16.
Thirty-five-year-old Robert Byrne, of Chedworth Close, Warndon, denied all three counts.
Magistrates remanded him in custody until Monday, September 23, with a projected committal date for trial at crown court on Monday, October 28.
