LOAN signing Ross Collins is out of Bromsgrove Rovers' FA Cup clash at Barwell tomorrow (3pm).

Halesowen Town do not want the midfielder cup-tied for future rounds.

Apart from Collins, Rovers joint managers Gary Hackett and Jon Ford have a full squad to choose from, though Steve Pope is rated 50:50 after missing the last two league matches.

The preliminary round tie allows the Victoria Ground club to renew rivalries with Barwell who were one of their title challengers in the Midland Alliance last season.

"They were one of the stronger Alliance sides and it will be a tough game," said Hackett.

"Our aim is to get through to the next round because as well as being a big game in terms of the football club it is also very important financially."

The winners will receive £1,000 with a further bumper payday of £7,500 if they win through the next round as well.

Rovers striker Les Palmer will be aiming to score in his fourth consecutive game to build on an already impressive start to the season.

"He was good player for us last season but has come back fitter and his performances have been exceptional, particularly his link-up play," said Hackett.
