I SEE from your report in the Malvern Gazette (August 16) that Malvern Town Council is considering taking three parking spaces for its staff to save them from walking to the office in their high heel shoes while carrying heavy loads.
One wonders whether sexual discrimination could apply, or do all staff wear high heels?
If the council proceeds with this proposal will local parking also be made available for other businesses in the Belle Vue/Church Street area? The council took the Belle Vue premises knowing there was no parking so should it not be the same high heal sauce for the goose as it is for the gander?
