A ROAD accident took place on the A4104 just outside Upton on Tuesday, August 20, at the same spot where two people were killed last December.
A blue Rover 25 hit a barn wall at Duckswich at around 9.30pm. The driver was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital but later discharged.
The accident happened at the same place where Cheryl Lewis and Paul Kitsull were killed in a similar collision in December 2001.
Worcestershire Highways Partnership has started the process of extending the 30mph speed limit from the top of the hill past the site of the crash.
Nils Wilkes, of the partnership, said consultation with bodies including police and councils was underway but he could not say how soon any change might take place.
