A REIGN of terror descended on a Bromsgrove museum when a group of Vikings stopped by to regain some territory.
Almost 450 visitors flocked to the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings on Saturday and Sunday to meet the Viking invaders, who were from the Birmingham Re-enactment Group and the Mercian Guard.
Warriors from centuries past were on hand to demonstrate how their weapons were crafted and there were also exhibitions on every-day Viking life.
And on Sunday visitors to the Redditch Road museum were able to see how nails and brick are made.
Education and events officer, Sue Hadley, said: "It was a very successful event and we had some really good comments from visitors."
