YOUNGSTERS and adults alike were left spellbound when a Bromsgrove museum staged a three-day Magical Musical History Tour over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Crowds who flocked to Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in Stoke Heath enjoyed a varied selection of music spanning the centuries - including a jazz band and a brass quartet.
The youngsters also had the opportunity play an instrument themselves under the guidance of folk singer, Andy Casserley.
The museum's education and events officer, Sue Hadley, said: "Around 800 people turned up for the event.
"It was an enjoyable weekend and we are hoping for the same level of success when we hold the event again next season."
