A PROJECT launched more than a year ago to offer free watersports for children has been awarded full charity status.
The Children's Kayak Charitable Trust was created by policeman David Shortell from Evesham.
The successful club has seen 300 children aged from eight to 18-years-old, pick up an oar since its formation.
