A LATE Jubilee party took place at the August meeting.
The hall and tables were decorated by the committee and members arrived wearing red, white and blue.
A competition for best hat was judged by Mrs Mary Glaze and the winners were Brenda Owen, Ann Berry and Gloria Lobb.
There was a bring-and-buy stall, together with cakes and preserves and the evening finished with a marvellous American supper, wine and a sing-song.
