DEVELOPMENT company Morris Property has completed its first phase refurbishment of the office building at the former Severn Trent Water depot, Worcester.
Two office suites are already under offer, with a further four suites available in the next few weeks at the Bromwich Road site.
"The high-tech office accommodation at Malvern Gate is set in attractively landscaped surroundings with the benefit of ample car parking, neighbourhood facilities and security features," said a spokesman.
A planning application has also been made to develop further office accommodation at the site. Sister company Morris Care also has a planning application in for a care home on the site.
