BIG Brother's Tim Culley may be offered a number of broadcasting jobs when he finally leaves the house, his father has revealed.

According to entrepreneur Neil Culley, the Upton-upon-Severn toff has attracted offers from television shows since he entered the house last month.

But he says his 23-year-old son, a former Malvern College student, has not been making the most of himself in the house, or shown himself in the best light.

"Watching Tim has been fascinating, but I think 'enjoy' is the wrong word," he said.

"It is the fact we have no reply and can't say 'Tim, you're making a fool of yourself', which is very frustrating.

"Compared to everyone else, he is not doing much wrong, but I do think people on the outside may have the wrong impression of him because some of the things he has done have been a bit out of character.

"He is not a nasty person at all. He is just honest."

Mr Culley said he would do his very best to be at his son's side when he leaves the house, pending commitments at The Swan pub and Neilanos restaurant in Upton, which he owns.

He has become something of a celebrity in the riverside town, and Mr Culley said he was frequently asked about Tim and what it was like to be the dad of someone famous.

He said Tim still had a job open for him at a head-hunting company in Reading, and would decide whether to take up the offer when he returned home.

He revealed that Tim spent almost a year in South Africa teaching sport at a school after leaving Malvern College, and spent another year in Worcestershire "enjoying himself" before starting his degree at Durham University.

Tim missed his graduation ceremony, but is expected to graduate with a 2:1 in business finance.
