Plans to create nine flats above a former Kidderminster nightclub have been re-submitted.
An original application to build the flats above Time nightclub, Blackwell Street, was refused by Wyre Forest District Council last year because of noise fears. The club has since closed.
Planners feared residents would suffer from noise from the club which would not have been prevented by insulation.
