AFTER a busy but enjoyable year, the society is planning to end the current session by holding a slide show entitled 'Up the Amazon'.
This will be held at the Methodist Church Hall in Alcester Street on Wednesday, July 17, at 8pm.
Entry is by ticket, costing £1 each to include tea and biscuits. These will be available at the door.
A raffle and bring-and-buy sale will also be held and members of the public are welcome to join in.
Rehearsals for the winter session begin on Wednesday, September 4, at 7.45, at the same venue.
