DEAR EDITOR - May I, through your columns, thank all of those at Parkside School who over the past year, have raised £1,000 for Save the Children.
This really is a remarkable achievement and we are so very grateful, as help is so desperately needed in so many parts of the world at this moment. The media were first alerted to the threat of famine in Malawi by SCF workers who were on the spot.
