I assisted the Malvern Fringe in engaging NoFitState Circus to perform its Sci-Circus in Malvern last week, and I want to express my admiration for the show (which held hundreds of children in thrall) and for their individual acrobatic and musical skills.
More even than that I admired their work and determination in erecting the big top and all its mysterious and wonderful contents, and later packing it away and leaving for their next venue, even after their trucks got stuck in Malvern mud. A truly impressive performance, and thank you all.
My extra special thanks also go to the residents of Sling Lane, who bore with the disturbance of having the circus come to town. Many thanks.
