I am writing on behalf of the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a national charity based locally in Stratford-upon-Avon. We would like to say Thank you' to an anonymous donor who kindly donated £50 after reading an article in your paper.
The article told how one of our collection boxes was stolen from a local supermarket filling station. The content of the box was to fund a trip at our annual conference for the children of our families affected by SMA.
Days after the story had been published we received a cheque for £50 from an anonymous donor. Thank you once again to your newspaper and to this kind and considerate person for helping the Jennifer Trust.
