A WORCESTER photographic store is celebrating after winning a national award for its customer service.
Jessops, in The Cross, defeated more than 200 other branches across Britain to take the firm's annual award for Best Customer Service.
Shop manager Stephen Smith said the award recognised the commitment of staff, who would share his prize of £1,000.
"This is a tremendous achievement and we're absolutely delighted.
"We're committed to providing visitors with a friendly welcome, the highest standards of service and expert impartial advice," the 45-year-old added. "It's great to see this commitment has been rewarded."
