Sympathetic listeners are sought by a national charity to provide support for crime victims across Wyre Forest.
North-West Worcestershire Victim Support is looking to recruit an extra seven people, men or women, over the age of 18 to help those living in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport, Cleobury Mortimer and Hagley.
Volunteers will receive full training and support to enable them to offer emotional support, information and practical help to victims in their own homes, the charity's offices or elsewhere.
Inquiries from members of ethnic minorities are particularly welcome and further information is available on 01562 743900.
