Bewdley, a Riverside Town was the subject of an illustrated talk given to this Kidderminster club by Derek Harrington.
He highlighted aspects of Bewdley such as the architecture of the town, its history of trade and industry, connections with royalty, past and present, Tickenhill Place and the Jubilee Gardens.
The Horse and Jockey, Far Forest, is the lunch venue for Tuesday's meeting at noon for 12.30pm.
The next meeting at Trinity Church Centre is Tuesday, June 18 at 2pm when Dr Barrie Davies will describe the work of the Flying Doctor Service which he developed and ran for many years.
