CRAFT lovers will be able to weave their magic at a Wyre Forest event next week.
The National Basket Makers Association will be staging its annual meeting at the Forestry Commission woodlands, Callow Hill.
The centrepiece of the display will be an Asiatic yurt.
Education ranger Myfanwy Baldwin, of Cleobury Mortimer, said: "The weather-proof shelter has got to be the ultimate in weaving.
"Nomads can construct a yurt in next to no time using pretty much the same techniques we use in basket making.
"There will be a load of other things to look at too, tips to pick up and things people can have a go at themselves."
Entry to the event, being held on Saturday at 10am, will be free.
