STAFF at a Bromsgrove bank are entering into the party spirit as they mark England's journey into the World Cup while raising buckets of cash for a children's charity. Barclays Bank in High Street, will kick off the charity events at 9.30am this Friday with a tombola, penalty shoot-out and face painting to raise money for the Acorn's Children's Hospice. Customers can guess the match score to win a gold football and bank manager, Richard White has volunteered to have his head shaved if he receives a £100 donation towards the charity. Barclays promise to match the day's proceeds pound for pound. It will go towards the £4m needed to build the new Bath Road hospice.
