A BROMSGROVE bookshop is celebrating its fifth birthday in the town and has invited youngsters sharing the big day to join in the fun.
Ottakar's bookstore opened in Bromsgrove High Street on June 7, 1997, and is planning to mark the event with a party on Saturday, July 6.
Shop spokeswoman, Marion Holdsworth, said: "We want children born on June 7, 1997 to come along and join in the fun.
"We will have a cake, magician, competitions and balloons.
"We also want them to design and make A4 size birthday cards which we can display in the store."
She reminded parents proof of their children's age will be needed.
