STAFF and children from a town organisation watched around 300 red and blue balloons fill the skies of Bromsgrove as part of a King's and Queen's themed fun day.
The launch took place at Foster Care Associates' head office, in Stoke Prior, to mark the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
The agency, which looks after neglected, abused or abandoned, children gave each a balloon to release on the day.
