I WAS among many motorists caught up in the traffic chaos last Monday (May 20).
This was caused mainly by only one lane open over the city's river bridge causing huge tailbacks all over the city.
When will the city council's works departments and the utilities realise that it's cheaper to do a job once and do it together than doing a job three times over, causing chaos?
