WORCESTER MP Michael Foster will be joining a county councillor to promote the first-ever surgery at a Blackpole supermarket.
Coun John Buckley is aiming to listen to a host of problems at the Sainsbury's store off Windermere Drive today, with the surgery due to be officially launched at 9.30am.
"I am delighted that John has shown the initiative to organise regular surgeries at the local supermarket," said Mr Foster.
"I am pleased to officially kick off this venture. John is dedicated and determined and will be regularly available to help his constituents."
Coun Buckley is aiming to hold local surgeries in a number of public places.
He hopes it will bring work away from County Hall and help to benefit the community.
