MIKE Foster is reportedly welcoming the mostly relocated hi-tech jobs for Worcester at Newtown Road and rightfully claiming the previous Labour-controlled council as being responsible for the planning decision.
Could he also acknowledge that the same council members were responsible for agreeing the number of car parking spaces required, resulting in the unbelievable situations we daily read about in this paper - and which are only going to worsen?
