THE owner of a trailer arrived home last Thursday just in time to see it being stolen.
The man came back to his house in Sandfield Lane, Sedgeberrow, at 2.20pm and saw a silver car with a well-built man behind the wheel driving off towards the A46 with his trailer in tow.
The trailer is 8ft by 4ft, rusty silver with a brown floor, big wheels, mudguards, a tailgate and bronze-coloured jockey wheel.
Police are now appealing for information about the theft and say anyone who may have seen the car or trailer should call 01905 723888 quoting incident number c/588988.
