UPTON firm Permadoor has been given the go-ahead to switch to 24-hour working on a permanent basis.
The company, on the town's Station Road industrial estate, has been working around the clock for a one-year trial period. The district council's southern area planning sub-committee heard no complaints had been received during that time.
