DISABLED people and their carers in Worcestershire could be missing out on social security benefits because they don't know their entitlements.
Benefit rules change every year and without accurate, up-to-date information, people can miss out on thousands of pounds.
The user-friendly Disability Rights Handbook, which is used by advice workers, is now out with information on social security benefits.
This includes advice on improving benefits for disabled children, claiming disability living allowance and attendance allowance and changes to local authority community health charges.
The handbook, edited by Ian Greaves is available on 0207 247 8776, priced £13/£9 for people claiming benefit.
