SEVERAL members of Evesham Wheelers have enjoyed racing success.
Competing in an under-16 event on a circuit based around the Milton Keynes Bowl, Tom Stockdale finished second while brother Ben finished third.
Racing in a national mountain bike event at Catton Hall near Lichfield, Steve McGr-ath finished seventh, while Andy Dolphin finished 17th at the end of a three-lap, five mile circuit that contained woodlands, twisting hilly tracks, bomb holes, and a water splash.
Sunday's club run was led by Carol Hall in warm spring sunshine, passing through the Littletons, Bidford and Aston Cantlow, reaching Wootton Wawen for coffee.
The return to Evesham was via Great Alne, Alcester, Broom and Cleeve Prior with 50 miles being covered.
This Sunday's club run will be led by Richard Rhodes to Moreton-in-Marsh, meeting in the High Street at 9am.
