THE inspirational gardens of Herefordshire's Hampton Court estate are the setting for a midsummer family festival on Saturday and Sunday June 22 and 23 from 11am to 5pm.
Building on the success of last year's event, when over 2,000 people packed the gardens on a single day, this year's weekend-long festival includes a wide variety of performances, workshops, crafts and stalls. Attractions include puppet shows, Arabic dance, circus workshops, silversmiths, summer stories, hurdle making, plants and crafts.
Admission costs £4 (children £3) and further information is available on 01568 797777 or e-mail gardens@hamptoncourt.org.uk.
