JUNE sees a lively mix of community drama, big band, dance, baroque music, and a young star of the English folk scene at the Subscription Rooms, Stroud, as well as the town's successful Open Studios Festival and the Open Studios celebratory party.
In its last ever tour, Gloucestershire's community theatre company, Dr Fosters, present Against the Grain on Thursday, June 6, folk singer Kate Rusby is there on Saturday, June 15, and Terry Lightfoot and his Jazzmen on Thursday, June 27 in The Special Magic of Louis Armstrong.
The sixth Open Studios Festival runs from June 10-15 and on Friday, June 21 the Open Studios Dancehall Party will celebrate this year's festival.
Sunday, June 30 sees talented students from the Welsh College of Music and Drama performing Baroque Giants, Just Jive presents its monthly Dance Night on Friday, June 28, and Steve Holmes presents a night of ballroom dancing in A Cocktail of Dancing on Saturday, June 29.
