The guest speaker in May was Mrs P Dyke with a talk on Excess Baggage giving details of her experiences and travels as an army wife.
Members had donated cakes and preserves for sale towards guild funds.
Visits had been made to the Rose Theatre to see Katherine Howard and to Malvern for a floral demonstration by Marjorie Bishop followed by a Victorian tea.
Arrangements were announced for a visit to the Black Country Museum.
The speaker in June will be Ken Gilks on Laughs along the Bumpy Road and there will be a garden stall.
