NOW that the level of traffic in Stourport has reached unacceptable and unbearable proportions, it is no wonder that people prefer to shop in Kidderminster.
What's happened to the promised bypass?
Bewdley managed it years ago. Stourport must have gone to sleep.
As a town that seems to wish to encourage visitors, it beggars belief that the powers-that-be appear to be oblivious to the situation, or are doing nothing about it.
I am a cyclist, so have very direct experience of traffic good, bad and indifferent.
