CSRF: Although some members were away on holiday the meeting was well attended. The chairman in her report expressed appreciation of the continued support for the group, especially as it is reported that a few other groups are, at the present time, struggling to maintain member numbers.
The speaker, Mrs Iris Pinkstone, gave a very interesting talk on the life and work of Beatrix Potter. The next meeting is on June 11 at 10.30am at Evesham Library, when Mr Norman Ellis will speak about the Channel Tunnel.
