PEOPLE are being urged not to walk in wooded areas after a severe weather warning for Worcestershire.
Winds reaching speeds of up to 60mph are expected to gust across the county tomorrow.
Evening News weatherman Paul Damari said people should avoid woodland areas because of the risks.
"Because they've got leaves the risk of trees falling increases," Mr Damari said.
"We're also warning drivers of high-sided vehicles and caravans to take extra care."
A low-pressure system is heading towards the county from the Atlantic.
It will be off-shore later today and winds are expected to increase in speed tomorrow morning.
"We'll have heavy rain later this evening and then the winds will start to pick up," Mr Damari said.
He added that the winds will ease down by the weekend.
