Get it sorted

"But she still got hit.

"I've got to keep a close watch on her face, but, other than that, I can't do a lot until the police and the school get it sorted."

Lisa was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital after the incident, which happened in morning interval on Tuesday.

A doctor in the Accident and Emergency department photographed the injury and signed the photo to be used as police evidence.

"I'm aware there's been an incident going on for a week, she and another girl have been having words," said Mrs Wiggett, who lives on Cranham Drive, Warndon.

"This girl's been threatening Lisa, but it was all sorted.

"On Monday she was let out of school early so she could avoid her and the next day she was hit.

"I've asked the police not to prosecute, but just give the other girl a warning. I don't want to take too much action on a first offence, but if it goes on from there I'll take it further.

"I just want to keep it calm and make people aware.

"I don't want to cause any trouble, but when your daughter's nose is broken it's not very nice."

Elgar Technology College said it did not discuss individual cases.

"We take any allegation of bullying seriously," said deputy head Julia Cook.

"We always deal with it and investigate any bullying in school."
