WINYATES Green biker Andy Burbidge is still waiting for the last elusive pair of signatures for his National Racing Licence.

The youngster was in South Wales at the weekend to compete in a New Era event at Pembrey.

With just two signatures needed for the coveted licence, Burbidge knew two top half finishes would accomplish one of his main aims this season.

But he was frustrated by a low rider turnout which meant a fruitless weekend after he finished 16th twice in Saturday's round and claimed two 15s on Sunday.

The keen young rider has been on the bike every weekend since his season started at Mallory Park back in late April.

But with the Post TT leg of the EMRA series he wants to win, cancelled on June 9 he has to wait until the following weekend when he returns to action at Cadwell Park in a Derby Phoenix event.

With two rounds being raced he sets off again in the knowledge a good performance could secure the national licence.
