The annual meeting, chaired by the Rt Hon The Lord Sandys, was held at Gainsborough House hotel.
Following the business meeting, Chief Superintendent Suzette Davenport of West Mercia Constabulary gave a talk.
She confirmed that this is a comparatively low crime area, and stressed that policing today is as much about reassuring the public and anticipating crime as apprehending criminals.
Reducing road casualties is another main aim.
On Tuesday at 7.15pm members and friends are invited to a private visit to On The Carpet, the Carpet Museum Trust and County Museum exhibition at Hartlebury Museum. There will be a small charge.
